COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we look at the world. Life took a dramatic turn, and everything changed with the blink of an eye. As a result of this pandemic, both work and life came into a period of unprecedented disruption. Organizations and employees in America and around the world are undergoing a gigantic stress test.

On the other hand, working from home means little privacy as you have to trade it with your busy home environment.
  • Onsite Stressors: At the front line, healthcare workers are most vulnerable to this kind of stressors. However, other industries are too facing such risks. Respecting social distance while doing their work is one big thing as this pandemic has thrown lots of challenges at your workplace. These kinds of stressors can’t be ignored.
  • Health Concern: This highly contagious virus has given every second fear of its infection. As per current health guidelines, a person has to separate himself from people if he experiences mild symptoms. People get worried that they will be socially shunned if they get sick. This adds to their stress and tensions.
  • Focus On Can: We don’t exactly know how long we have to live with this virus. But we have to accept this new normal and live with it. So we should start focusing on how to lead a healthy life for our family and us while coping with these pandemic stressors.
