The Federal and State Laws recognize the rights of LGBTs, but the laws are sometimes not complete or do not cover the specific problems. Some states have State Laws against discrimination, but either they recognize sexual orientation and not gender identity. Some State does not have state laws and has to follow federal law in that regard. The Law should be created in a complete sense so that the rights of these people are safe and protected.
