ABOUT THE EVENT
Managing employee accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) can be complex, especially when situations fall outside clear-cut guidelines. This practical, insight-driven webinar is designed for HR professionals, managers, and business leaders who need to confidently handle challenging accommodation scenarios while remaining compliant and fair.
In this session, we go beyond the basics to explore the nuanced, often difficult issues that arise in real workplaces. From mental health conditions and intermittent leave requests to remote work, performance concerns, and conflicting accommodation needs, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to approach sensitive situations with clarity and consistency.
Through real-world examples and case studies, participants will learn how to:
  • Navigate the reasonable accommodation interactive process effectively—even when employees provide limited or unclear information
  • Balance business operations with legal obligations
  • Address accommodation requests involving non-obvious or evolving disabilities
  • Manage situations where accommodations may impact team dynamics or productivity
  • Reduce legal risk while maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace culture
Whether you’re dealing with recurring accommodation challenges or preparing for the unexpected, this webinar will equip you with the tools and confidence to make informed, defensible decisions.
Ideal for: HR professionals, supervisors, compliance officers, and organizational leaders seeking practical guidance on complex ADA issues.
