She has been responsible for numerous affordable housing projects throughout the state of Texas and specializes in HUD REAC inspections and Low Income Housing Tax Credit compliance. Celine has an MBA as well as her CAPS, HCCP and ARM certifications. She also has her HUD Real Estate Assessment Center’s UPCS training certificate and has prepared and performed pre-inspections for hundreds of UPCS and REAC inspections.
