About The Event
As we celebrate the 53rd anniversary of the passage of the Fair Housing Act, it’s a good time to reflect on the changes in our industry – especially the increasing use and dependence on technology – and how that impacts our compliance strategy and activity. Having said that, some things never change so this session will look at both the most recent fair housing topics and issues as well as some timeless favorites. Whether the topic is new or old, we’ll share the most current ideas and best practices about compliance.
A general overview of the fair housing act and compliance basics, including
