He holds certifications as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a well-rounded perspective to benefits administration, compliance, and operational excellence. With extensive experience spanning payroll, benefits, and human resources operations, Carney specializes in developing efficient, people-centered processes that reduce risk, improve compliance, and enhance the employee experience. He serves on PayrollOrg’s Board of Advisors, contributes regularly to Paytech magazine, and volunteers on several national committees focused on advancing the payroll and HR professions.
