In the last 25 years, the vast majority of states have legalized the use of medical cannabis in some form. In the last 10 years, more than the half of the states have either legalized or decriminalized recreational cannabis. A patchwork of state laws have left many employers scratching their head on whether there are any job protections for employees who use marijuana and if and when medical marijuana usage by employees must be accommodated. In this Webinar, we will explore the current state of the law on marijuana and the workplace, along with emerging trends and what to expect next.
