About The Event
The importance of every customer-facing team member having a basic knowledge of fair housing compliance cannot be over emphasized. The new administration has left no doubt about their commitment to fair housing enforcement and we can expect more compliance testing to occur in the coming months. The cost of being named in a fair housing complaint or lawsuit cannot be measured only in dollars and cents, since the negative publicity surrounding any allegation will linger regardless of the ultimate outcome. Make certain every team member knows the What, the Why, and the How of fair housing compliance before they ever speak to a customer or prospect!
