This webinar breaks down intermittent FMLA leave into clear, practical guidance your HR team can confidently apply. You’ll gain step-by-step compliance strategies, real-world insights, and actionable tools to help you manage intermittent leave effectively - while minimizing disruption and reducing the risk of abuse.

We’ll tackle your toughest questions, including when intermittent leave is required, how to handle suspicious usage, and whether you can transfer employees to better-suited roles. By the end, you’ll be equipped to protect your organization, ensure compliance, and take control of intermittent FMLA leave with confidence.
