ABOUT THE EVENT

This is a dynamic 2-hour CPE webinar designed to equip tax professionals, CPAs, and advisors with a comprehensive understanding of major federal tax legislation as consolidated in a single, sweeping omnibus bill. This course explores the latest provisions, implementation timelines, key tax changes, and planning implications affecting individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries.

Participants will gain clarity on how the bill harmonizes prior legislative actions, introduces new compliance obligations, and restructures various tax incentives. From retroactive corrections to forward-looking policy shifts, this session will demystify the bill’s contents in a clear, structured, and practical manner—providing attendees with tools and insights needed to guide clients and organizations confidently.

Whether you’re navigating new credits, entity-level tax reforms, IRS funding provisions, or emerging compliance rules, this course ensures you’re prepared to respond to the bill’s impact with expertise and confidence.

Learning Objectives

  3. Apply updated tax planning strategies in light of new credits, deductions, thresholds, and sunset clauses introduced by the legislation.
  4. Evaluate compliance and reporting requirements created or modified by the bill for both individual and business taxpayers.
