ABOUT THE EVENT

We are always asked, “How did you come up with that?” Income and Asset sources are becoming more creative as the world evolves into a more digitally connected system. Determining how to calculate these different sources has become a bit more challenging. We will take a 180-minute journey into the Calculation Cloud to determine the income eligibility for a new move-in applicant or continued eligibility for a current resident at annual certification with the new HOTMA regulations. Each Training class is designed as an “active learning” experience with real-life scenarios and mini quizzes incorporated to help students practice calculating income.
