A simple look at EIV income discrepancies with Public Housing and Other HUD Programs. We will show participants how to “read” an Income Discrepancy Report – the Period of Income, Threshold levels and Analysis, Actuals vs. Annualized Last Quarter, and how EIV comes up with those negative and positive numbers. Participants will learn valid or invalid discrepancies and the basics of how to investigate, document the file and resolve them.

The reported income on the PIC system is matching the data provided through the computer agreements with SSA and HHS. Know when a discrepancy is valid or invalid and what steps to resolve.
