Behavioral Based Interviewing introduces participants to the STAR/SOAR method of creating effective interview questions. Rather than using hypothetical “what if” questions, behavioral interviewing provides a method for asking questions that reveals a candidate’s real behaviors and actions. This best practices method takes much of the subjectivity out of the interviewing process.
