ABOUT THE EVENT

HUD's NSPIRE inspection model has fundamentally changed how affordable housing properties are evaluated. With new standards, revised scoring methodologies, and expanded health and safety requirements, housing professionals must understand not only what inspectors look for, but how to effectively prepare properties, staff, and residents for successful inspections.

Join nationally recognized REAC Inspector Kathi Markan for this intensive 4-day, 14-hour training program designed to provide a complete understanding of NSPIRE standards, inspection protocols, scoring, and compliance expectations. Through detailed instruction, real-world examples, inspection photographs, and practical guidance, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate NSPIRE inspections successfully.

Whether you are a property manager, maintenance supervisor, compliance professional, asset manager, housing authority representative, or owner, this workshop will help you identify deficiencies before inspectors do, reduce inspection risk, and improve overall property performance.
