Every year, HUD multifamily properties lose thousands of dollars simply because special claims go unfiled or get denied due to preventable errors. This high-impact training reveals exactly how to unlock that hidden revenue by mastering the art of Regular Vacancy and Unpaid Rent/Tenant Damage claims. Learn which documents matter most, how to build a complete package, and what makes a claim approvable—or immediately deniable—according to HUD’s own checklists and guidance. You’ll get step-by-step instruction on using HUD Forms 52670-A, 52671-A, and 52671-C, learn how to document readiness, prove collection efforts, and appeal a denial with confidence. This session breaks down eligibility, timelines, and submission strategy so your property can reclaim what it's owed. If you think special claims are too complicated or not worth the effort—this training will change your mind and boost your bottom line.
