ABOUT THE EVENT

Are you an apartment professional striving to maximize occupancy while upholding the highest standards of ethical and legal practice?

Do you want to attract a diverse pool of qualified residents, streamline your leasing process, and confidently navigate the complexities of Fair Housing regulations?

In today's complex multifamily landscape, a single fair housing misstep can cost your property thousands in penalties, damage your reputation, and create significant legal exposure. As regulations continue to evolve and enforcement actions increase, staying compliant isn't just good practice-it's essential for minimizing the possibility of being named in a fair housing complaint or lawsuit.

Consider this:

  • Fair housing complaints reached a 5-year high in 2024
  • The average settlement for a fair housing violation is now exceeding $50,000
  • Digital marketing practices have become a prime target for fair housing investigations
  • Over 60% of violations occur during the advertising and leasing process

Don't leave your property vulnerable to these costly risks. Join us for this comprehensive webinar specifically designed for multifamily professionals who want to master the complexities of fair housing compliance for their entire advertising, marketing and leasing operations.

Imagine this: Your marketing materials resonate with a broad audience, attracting a diverse range of prospective residents. Your leasing team confidently interacts with every applicant, fostering trust and building a positive community reputation. You navigate advertising platforms with ease, knowing your campaigns are both effective and compliant. And most importantly, you rest assured that your property is a beacon of equal opportunity, minimizing risk and maximizing long-term success.

Sound good? Join us as we provide clear, actionable guidance on fair housing compliance across all aspects of your marketing and leasing operations-from digital advertising to resident screening, from social media content to leasing agent communication.
