This class provides a comprehensive explanation of how to treat these new age assets and the income from these assets. The New Age of Assets class provides a general explanation of traditional and common assets and the Basics of new age Assets, how to determine the cash value of assets and how to derive income from assets. Each Training class is designed as an “active learning” experience and several exercises are incorporated to help students practice calculating income.

Known to many of her clients as the Compliance Coach and “Fixer”, Tina’s expertise is taking a non-compliant distressed property into a compliant model property. Her no-nonsense, personable style of training keeps the bottom-line objective to “Always protect the asset”. Tina is a part of several HUD Roundtable committees and sits on the boards of two non-profit organizations.
