The AFHM plan is designed to pull potentials buyers from across segments irrespective of them being minority or majority group. The project aims at providing affordable homes to underdeveloped strata of society. However, under this plan, specific steps are followed to carefully screen and ensure units.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steps Undertaken Under Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) Plan<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fair And Clearly Defined<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It all begins with determining a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.complianceprime.com\/details\/410\/waiting-list-tenant-selection-plan-2019\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">selection process for buyers and tenants<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The applicant should follow instructions like the application period, eligibility qualifications, documents to be submitted, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Screening<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the aspirants have been reached out to, and the officials have received the application forms. The forms are screened and verified for qualification.
