Explain what employees should do if faced with a conflict, including who to approach for assistance and how to escalate unresolved issues. When you provide clear guidelines, your employees can handle conflicts effectively and in compliance with organizational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Encourage Empathy and Understanding:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever you are resolving conflicts, emphasize the importance of empathy and understanding.
